Stranded on the Freeway
It was 5:45 pm on a snowy evening when my alternator shorted out and blew the battery. I didn’t know it at the time, all I knew is that I was stranded on the Freeway 20 miles from no where.
I called Tire Factory and without hesitation the owner made arrangements for a tow into his shop, had his guys stay late to help push my vehicle into the shop, drove me to a local hotel where he had made sure there was a room available.
The owner knowing I was trying to make it to my son’s surgery offered to let me take his vehicle 230 miles to the hospital, or spend the night and he would have it ready in time for me to make it in my vehicle. I spent the night and was on the road by 8:00 am the next morning.
The first question from the owner the next time I talked to him was how my son was, and then how the car was. I will always be a loyal and long time Tire Factory Customer.
